        I'm absolutely devastated that they are closing down this branch I have got secondary progressive multiple sclerosis. It's my closest bank from my home to the centre I feel that all of the bank's are closing down so that we can all do our banking online.

        Ian is an absolute gentleman. He is an asset to Halifax that should never be lost. I was in desperate circumstances and he sorted everyone and everything out for me who thing an hour. Walked out for the first time with a smile from anywhere
