Would have given 5 stars but they mess about too much. Instead of each member of staff serving a customer they serve customers between them so they spend more time stood waiting than they spend actually serving customers.. They've become more like doctors receptionists and thinking they're better than the customers they're serving.....

We work for the leeds city Council and we use a lot of greggs all over leeds but this group of girls are the best out of all the groups in the county bar none, armley Town Street greggs is just great service. All the best Danny & Sally cinnamon xxx
