Thanks so much for a smooth buying experience from Steve Elliot. The handover by Callie-Jo Calvert was excellent. She was friendly professional and efficient. Buying and collecting a car from DM Keith could not have been any better.

Not Me Not Me
The most dishonest dealership Ive ever experienced, the staff cannot be trusted. We visited the Leeds branch to buy a new car, however we were told there wasnt a demonstrator available to test drive as one of the staff has taken it home to use as his own personal car. We had to make an appointment to arrange a test drive in a few days time, note that we had to take the day off work for this. However on the day of the test drive, we travelled all the way to the Leeds branch to find the demonstrator was still missing from the dealership, as the staff hadnt returned the car but had kept at home the entire back holiday weekend. The staff member was using the companies brand new stock as his own personal run around. We were disappointed that we were unable to buy the car we wanted, after never getting to see it due to staff incompetence. The branch lost a 28,415 sale that weekend. To my amazement the Leeds branch couldnt see the error of their ways and literally told us new stock were for their own personal use rather than for selling to customers. Where do their priorities lay and what is the purpose of their job? If I was the Leeds branch I would have phoned the staff up and tell him to return the demonstrator ASAP for a waiting customer to test drive. But the Leeds branch was unwilling to work out where their own stock had vanished and keep on fobbing us off with more excuses. If the Leeds branch cant be trusted with something as simple as booking a test drive or having their stock on site, what else can they not be trusted to do? Before the dealership responds to this with a generic cut and paste reply, you had every opportunity to fix this issue but you didnt want to.
