Wilco Motosave

Ive been a frequent customer of this branch of Wilko Motosave for the past year or two (I live a short walk away) and they always have stock of whatever specific tools, supplies, fluids, or bits and bobs I need. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable. Showed up today at 4:30 without an appointment and asked for an alignment - they managed to squeeze me in before closing time. Much appreciated and thanks again.

I've been using Motosave for years. They are always friendly and as helpful as they can be. They have a good stock but if they don't have an item they will get it within a day or so. Highly recommend!!!

I visited this store recently to have my tyres changed and while the work completed was as expected the attitude of a certain member of staff in the garage stinks, he was rude to his colleagues in front customers and it was embarrassing to watch. To top off the experience my 12v plug for my phone isn't in the car anymore I'll be in two minds to go here in future as apposed to other places which is a shame.

I was quoted 149 for a new ball joint, when I went in, the old miserable man on the counter told me Peugeots dont have a wheel joint and they will have to do the suspension, I told him Im not authorising anything other than what they quoted for the job - he snottily said they will take a look and call me After waiting a few hours, nobody called so I called them and they told me they were fixing the ball joint and to collect in an hour After collecting my car, my tracking is out by a mile and I no longer have a clutch! I do not recommend this company, absolutely disgusting staff who see a woman and try to rip them off! Its cost me 150 to park my car up! Thank you Motosave, I wish I had saved my money! Set of idiots
