Auto Diagnostic Services Leeds

Took my car for a acuator diagnostic back in January, ( it is now April) I paid 120 for them to tell me it needs to be replaced. This was obvious but had to go through their process for them to carry out any work like most places. But instead I paid 120 for them to tell me it's broke and not follow it up with any solution, why say you'll call me with a price and then don't bother. I wasted 120 on YOUR diagnosis when I could have gone somewhere that would have fixed it as well. In the end I YouTube it, spent 19 on the part and it works. What a waste of time and effort it was taking it to you. Did you even diagnose it because when I did it myself it looked untouched? An add on since I cant reply to any comment, is that I always answer my phone and I never had a call back from yourselves so thats why I left this post. I had a booking confirmation text so we were both in touch with each other but after 6 weeks of no call back I gave up. I believe the diagnosis but since I didnt get a call I didnt wana keep chasing because of my own time and effort. So my rating was because of lack of communication to carry out the work. Also my girlfriends number was on there and she wasnt called as a back up. Editing again, there's no reason for us both not to answer the phone, I was asking her if you had called her, she said she hadn't had a call. Anyway the phone call route wasn't successful. I came about the wheels and was recommended to someone in ossett for them, but they were busy when you called them. Anyway I'm sorry but no quote was given, so I waited a few days, then turned in to weeks so I assumed it wasn't gonna happen. I'm not trying to make this up it's just what happened. If you gave me any figure I would have mentioned it on here. The review was made because I had it diagnosed with no follow up work, which obviously is annoying because I feel I didn't really get anything for my money or an explanation.

I have been using ADS for about 12 months now, and they are by far the best garage I have ever used, nothing is too much trouble and they make everything hassle free, and when you have kids that is priceless! On Sunday my clutch failed which was still under warranty, within 24hrs the car had been collected from my property and clutch replaced, I was also given a courtesy car for the day! Everything is explained in Detail and this gives you such peace of mind, would happily reccomend them to anyone.

I found the technicians who work there are very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful, a young man named Josh very quickly diagnosed my problem and resolved the issue straight away. which surprised me as other technicians had failed to find the problem so I was very satisfied with the service I got.also the price that they charged me was very reasonable. I would recommend this firm, and I would use them again as I think they are brilliant Service: Steering & suspension repair
