We employed Hannah to do the plans for a straightforward garage conversion. She did a good job exactly as we had asked and helped us get all the detail to get the Buildings Regs sorted. Even after Hannah had finished working for us she quickly answered a follow up question the builder put forward. Happy to recommend.

Hannah at HB Architectural has been amazing throughout the design and consultation process for our extension. She has always responded to us in a timely manner and informed us beforehand if there was going to be a delay. During the first 15 minute consultation, Hannah was able to provide us with more advice and guidance than anyone else we had spoken to. She quickly identified that the idea we had thought up in our heads would not be permitted through planning. So rather than waste our time, she then provided us with 2 different plans that we have worked together to create an extension plan we are very excited to start! We would highly recommend using HB Architectural Services if you are planning any building work on your house.
