        Raluca, the principle of Arch Concept could not have been more helpful. We needed to apply for Building Regulations at very short notice. Within 24 hours she had arranged a meeting with our contractor, and within 24 hours of that meeting the application had been submitted. She maintained control of the application through to completion. We could not have asked for a better service. Highly recommended!

Having said that - I must say bravo both for the project you delivered and for the manner in which you helped us better understand and refine our requirements.
