Google The Milliners Bristol. Head Office 3 were involved in the process of converting this building from an office to residential. There were endless problems for leaseholders once they moved in . . . Justin mentions air conditioning - I think he means the ventilation system - which caused a lot of problems for a lot of people. Apparently their new apartments in Bath are to die for - their words not mine. Personally, I wouldnt buy anything from this company going forward. I only hope they can help turn this nightmare around for the leaseholders.

Under all the 1 star reviews, they claim "We acted as Contractor and ensured that the building was built in accordance with the regulations at the time...". In reality, the work may have complied with the regulations and may have got inspected, but it does not change the poor workmanship on site. There has been "fire stops missing" and "cladding butchered" to quote a few things from an independent fire inspection report. My plasterboard ceiling on the top floor needed repairing after just 2 years of purchase, as it buckled. Quality is independent from compliance and the quality of work at The Milliners gets 1 star from me.

Bought a flat in Bristol and turns out it has a cladding issue. Nor only this Headoffice3 is being irresponsible but also threatening its leaseholders to pay money to fix their mistake. Think twice before you look and purchase any of their developments, as Headoffice3 (H03) is a very irresponsible company. To whoever works at H03, please be human and rethink what you did to The Milliners Bristol leaseholders
