The technician was excellent. He was kind, competent, and efficient, and he arrived on time. He is quite knowledgeable about locks and lock systems. It really gave us a sense of security. We're not quite at anotherapartment with six locks on the door, but the city is no longer as safe as it once was. Thanks!

We've already utilised him twice. I didn't know who to call the first time, but I took a risk on him, and he came over in 30 minutes. He did an excellent job at a reasonable price. Then, only the other day, our backpack and front-door key were stolen. I texted him, and he arrived literally two minutes later. He explained that he was in the area for another appointment. He changed the lock in 10 minutes and at a reasonable price. That's fantastic: quick, friendly, incredibly professional, and not out to rip you off. I wholeheartedly endorse!
