If you are looking to move in... Don't. Lift was broken for almost month with no one updating us. Parcels being stolen with nothing being done about it, water was cut out for a whole week. Absolutely ridiculous place, awfully managed, they don't care about the residents it is shocking really.

Please don't move here unless you have to. They turned off our water with no warning for multiple days (no flushing toilets, showers or drinking water), claiming we can't seek compensation although uninhabitable. Gave us one water bottle telling us not to take more until we run out. Weren't honest about the possibility of finding them fecal matter in the water tanks only found out through contacting the council (luckily was false alarm). Gave us small amount of portaloos outside in as a solution. Constant building works that ignore timing protocols so you wake up at 5am. Parcels constantly stolen and was resolved by only being allowed to pick up parcels on weekdays between 9am-3pm so if you work full time you can never get them. Lifts constantly broken for days on end. Post boxes recently broken into with multiple forcibly bent open with no one informing us. Flats on higher floors higher than 5 have rain water issues leaking in leaving rust marks. Electric heaters stupidly expensive for studio flats even with energy crisis and rooms are constantly freezing after 6 hours of continuous heat at 30C.

Complete shambles. The water supply cut off due to unsafe water readings found in quarterly test. 270 flats unable to shower, cook, clean or flush their toilets. Limited to 4.5 lites of bottled water a day per flat (of which there are usually more than 1 person in each). Property management are unwilling to share findings but repeatedly say they dont know what was found in the readings but say its not a concern to health. So its not a concern to health then why cut off the water? Portable toilets have been supplied in the car park but not cleaned or maintained. No portable showers provided so were expected to either use the very limited bottled water or find somewhere else. Yet they management state that its still habitable? Weve been without any water supply for 5 days and from the communications shared by management it seems like the solution is nowhere near imminent. In the meantime we should sit tight as advised by the building safety management. Cheers for that.
