Just recently rented a flat and Annie has been so helpful throughout the process. Her replies were always delivered on time and she gladly answered any questions I've had. Moving to a new place is always stressful, but she managed to make this process as smooth as possible. Very grateful for her professional work and advice.

Ive lived at X1 Aire for nearly three years now. Great flats and lovely balconies. Although I would like to see building damages fixed more often and a glass collection at the building as our nearest is very far away and I don't have a car. I've just renewed my tenancy and Annie Merrony was amazing through the process. Shes always friendly and helpful and responds quickly. Thanks again!

Just FINALLY moved out of here! No windows, charge you extra for a car park space you dont need, emails about things other people did around the properties as if you are in college/uni accommodation. The workers are never in (also seem to leave at just before 2 each day). I wasnt allowed a key to the door entrance for over a week despite living there, had to ring security to let me in for the whole time. (He doesnt work 24 hours a day) so imagine having to wait until he starts or for someone else to let you in (which you were often waiting outside for ages until someone did). They then charge you extra for damages that were already there after your tenancy ends. STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE PROPERTIES EVEN THOUGH THEY LOOK NICE!! Any review that is positive is because they REALLY push it on the notice board! Would never rent from these again (and I actually lived in uni accommodation in Headingley before here!)
