The development has a modern feel to it and the apartments themselves are quite spacious. There is a gym available with high level equipment, a roof garden and a shared workplaces to study or relax. There is also private parking and bike storage facilities onsite. The management team keep coming up with events to engage residents. Overall a very decent place and development.

The location is great, the area is quiet and you are 5 min walk to the city center and the train station. There is a good selection of restaurants, pubs and cafes nearby. The facilities are really useful, especially if you are working from home and want different spaces to work at for a change. Having a gym included is amazing as well. We never had any issues with management, everyone is lovely, welcoming and really helpful.

I love living at MW flats and communal areas are really nicely done, no noise from fellow residents and the communal living room and private dining space are excellent. Expensive but worth it for the extra touches that you wouldnt get at other developments. The team are really friendly and helpful especially Bailey and Mitch on reception who is amazing! Really good location right by the train station and handy for the shops and bars but without being noisy. Highly recommended

Great location for city centre living. The people at mustard wharf really make the difference. A wonderful team front of house and behind the scenes.
