Not suitable and safe for families. The overall quality of the flats is poor with substandard material all over. Poor insulation for windows is prevelant in every flat causing high energy bills and discomfort for families. Parking slots are not reserved and are available on first come basis. Also there have been multiple incidents of police cases reported for vehicle robbery and damages, this could be verified from the police records. Inspire agency responsible for block management do not maintain proper cleaning schedule resulting in filthy premises. Also security of the overall building is a major concern. Also, the premises does not support fibre or fast broadband. Only BT socket available with poor speeds. Not suitable for office work. Also no Sky TV, virgin media available. I would surely not recommend it for families or anyone.

Before this office building has been converted into flats it has been empty since 90'. The conversion is implemented rather poorly using cheap materials, no noise proving (I am not talking about close proximity to the A road, obviously everyone should know what is like to leave close to a busy road) I did not see any signs of rats or insects. It's true that the lift smells like a sewers during the rain (probably the lift shaft is being flooded) I also does not look like anyone is in charge of cleaning common areas (staircase or parking). Big downside is the fact that there is no fibre broadband. Only BT socket, so most you can get is roughly 6mb/s. Almost impossible to stream HD video (especially durin pick hours) The investors did the job at the lowest possible cost. But let's be frank! Who doesn't want to save money these days? (However, it only works short-term in some cases)
