Staff taking the order did not have any product knowledge. The counter manager in the black shirt said all chicken burgers are fried... when questioned about the peri peri flame grilled burger ..... they are all fried...
Waited 20 mins to get a cold chicken hot chick burger... replaced in 4 mins... but now my chips are cold.
And all drinks in the order were flat....
