Unfortunately terrible service, my bed bound father in law was due for emergency CT scan at 13:45 they arrived 13:35 which meant my FIL would have been late by at least a hour, after they insisted when booking they needed a named person at CT to take responsibility, so the can ensure he could be transferred to a bed. The booking process is long winded and difficult, communication was mostly poor a gentleman went out to assess the property access and did call me to say that he was unsure if a stretcher would go in but said he would let me know the next day. I waited for the call which never happened, so I ended up calling to be told ring back tomorrow which was day of appointment. After calling back they said they would be going out to take him, after they all arrived they found they couldn't take him, this wasn't communicated till I called due to my FIL ringing to say he didn't go, He has dementia so wasn't able to tell us the whole picture. I appreciate these things can be hard however the process it not easy, I can't help but wonder how many end up missing treatment because of the difficulties.

I'm a Renal patient who also has Stomach Cancer. Dialysis makes my cancer symptoms worse and I need to get home asap. I don't expect transport to be there waiting, but to be told that I have to wait from 5.15 to 9.30 is beyond a joke. I've spoken to patients who have had to wait 5 hours or more. Yes it's free, but please don't take the michael.

Booked for my mother in law for a hospital appointment. They were punctual, polite and efficient and even wheeled her up to the ward in hospital. We have booked to use them again for her next appointment. Thank you! Quick follow up: she's now used them multiple times and talks very highly of the service! Thank you!
