Destroyed my luggage, only received a partial refund despite it being entirely their fault, very disappointing.

Rented a car thru them. Car was unsafe (bald tire) and broke down (air filter not connected to engine!). The rental company kept the deposit for my troubles. Jet2 refused to return to deposit and tried to wash their hands of the matter. Currently in arbitration with ABTA. All I want is the deposit back. Their customer service utterly stinks. Avoid these jokers like the plague.

I called Jet2 helpline to ask for assistance in finding a low level room at our holiday hotel. Jason was brilliant to deal with and sorted the special assistance form for me immediately, he then passed me to Matthew in the special assistance team. He ensured we had the help we needed for our holiday destination, and any airport/transfer issues. As the holiday is for our anniversary, he even refunded our flight seat booking fee, so we could celebrate on Jet2. I have to say what complete professionalism was displayed by both Jet2 employees. Absolutely lovely to deal with and talk too. We felt listened too and valued. No wonder we use Jet2 so regularly. Please let both team members know how grateful we are for their amazing assistance.
