        Just been served in the Mens dept by a friendly and super helpful young Lady called Georgina.Nothing was too much trouble for her and served with a smile

        Extremely rude and patronising manager Lucy . Doesnt follow correct , legal returns policy and smirking when I discussed this with her . Asked to speak to manager and was shocked to hear she was the manager . Not at all professional for a NEXT store .

        This shop is all over the place, im put off going , not enough staff always waiting for parcels and you can tell the staff arnt happy because of the lack of organisation from managing area.
