Don't answer there phones ! Rang 10 times in 15 mins no-one answers my partner goes down there and there out of stock! Could of all been avoided if they did the simple thing of answering a phone ! Aka there job!

Very poor service, always have to repeat what i need to a very young, inexperienced receptionist. Errors in simple GP instructions to pharmcist. Service should be a lot better but sadly it never improves.
