Great little business with great bikes. My experience with Firefly was wholly positive and without problem. My bike was collected from London and delivered to me in the Orkney Islands....a long trip . Penny was attentive and very professional, she took great care to get everything right. I can give no higher praise or recommendation.

I bought an electric motor scooter from Firefly Electric Motorcycles towards the end of 2020. It is a pleasure to deal with Penny & John and the customer support is very good. I ride to work most days and enjoy taking it into the local countryside at the weekend, have gone up some serious hills onto the moors. The quietness means I can tootle along and say hi to walkers and horse riders as i pass! Hey look out for my YouTube review!

I bought this bike from Firefly as my regular commuter. I do a 46 mile round trip every day and this bike has been flawless. It's my fourth electric vehicle and I've done three and a half thousand miles on it so far. I'm extremely pleased with it's rideability reliability and performance. At 40 mph I get 50 miles range and flat out with a new battery I get 51 mph handling is great, breaking is very good and it seems very robust. I weigh 19 stone and even up a one in four hill I'll get 30 miles an hour. The lights are also very effective, some of my riding is on unlit roads in Kent and the LED headlight works extremely well. I enjoy riding this and I've owned everything from Honda super blackbirds to Bantams in my 50 year motorcycle riding history And I don't think I will ever be without an electric scooter like this it's ridiculous fun

It's not often you can say that parting with a lot of cash is a pleasure but it was with Firefly. Penny was so helpful throughout the process and made it easy when coming to making my decision. I had done quite a bit of research which was great to be able to share with Penny at Firefly. Once I had made my decision Penny took care of the paperwork and once that was all sorted Penny and John delivered my new electric Bonita scooter. Since it arrived I've not looked back and enjoyed riding it as it's so much fun. I have kept in touch with Penny sharing my experience of riding the Bonita. If only every business was like this!! I couldn't recommend Firefly enough, thanks Penny and John.
