Massive thank you to Dillon, who went over and above what was expected to help when I was in a time critical situation, which cost him his personal time. Some of the best customer service I've ever received from a merchant! I called a range of plumbing merchants, including another Wolseley branch who fobbed me off as it was close to closing time. Dillion was a true gentleman, put me first when he really didn't need to. He got me the boiler part I needed and held on til I got there even after getting stuck in heavy traffic, which he didn't realise meant we could get the heating back on for one of the coldest days of the year so far... Legend! Thank you Dillion and Wolseley (for having having amazing stock on Vaillant boiler parts)!!!!

Spoke to Matt who gave me a verbal quote. Then rang back and spoke to a lady a couple of days later to order the goods. Was advised by matt at quoting h stage the items would be 3 to 5 days. Rang back on day 3 to see if there was any news. The goods weren't ordered, and they told me they had quoted me incorrectly. Appalling customer service.
