Visited the shop twice, booked in or a fireplace survey to get a stove installed. Was told they would be in touch in 2 weeks. Waited 4 weeks, then contacted them again (gave them the benefit of the doubt due to Christmas period). The guy apologised and said they would be in touch soon. It has now been over 7 weeks and still no contact. It's a shame as the guy in the shop was very helpful. They obviously don't need the business. Have managed to source another installer who has already surveyed and will fit in 3 weeks. I'd recommend Burns Fireplaces in Homesdale Road, Bromley.
