I would highly recommend John Payne in Lee. We used them for our house purchase over 10 years ago and again just recently to sell the same house. Chris, Max and Will were professional and kept us regularly updated with regard to our sale. They sold our house quickly and for a good price. They worked hard to liaise with solicitors and everyone in our chain to secure a mutually agreeable moving date.

A very long and drawn out purchase. We were supported every step of the way. A special shout out to Max. Absolute legend to be honest. We were the buyers in this scenario but Max just made the process as painless as it could be and there was a lot of pain due to the chain. Honestly , John Payne (Lee branch) is a massive yes from us.

I bought my flat in SE13 through the John Payne Lee office. Max followed the sale from start to end and he did a great job! He was very efficient, helpful, communicative and responsive to my many requests. He was friendly and made me feel at ease throughout. Would highly recommend and would consider them for future purchases and sales!

I can honestly say no matter how calm one tries to remain, moving house is an emotive and complex process where there are many moving parts. Chris and Will at John Payne, Lee; time and time again showed their knowledge, expertise and experience to make the whole experience as personable and professional as possible. Just when I was about to give up Will persuaded me otherwise. Rob and I adore our new home. Shout out to Max too - youre lucky to be learning from such great guys! Thank you all. I am grateful.

Exceedingly good engagement from John Payne especially Chris from Lee Branch throughout the sale process . We had them throughout the journey and they were immensely helpful and supportive. I would recommend to go with John Payne.
