        Receptionist has zero customer service skills. Returning to kindy would help in starting again with the basics of being polite as she must of left them manners there at the start. Biggest chip I ever seen on someones shoulder. Really needs to get that looked at and review her attitude when being in the public front line role.

        Takes weeks to get an appointment, the reception staff refuse to call back and you never get the same doctor as they are all freelance, some days they dont even have a GP in the building?!

        Called at 8am to 8:04am 10 times to book an appointment and the line said we are currently on bank holiday break (something along those lines) tried again at 8:30 and the line went through but, as always, no appointments!! No apology either when I mentioned that I called and line didnt go through - really needed this appointment today
