We used Create to design our loft conversion. They helped us get planning permission within a conservation area which involved multiple council planning meetings outside of standard working hours and they took care of all the admin including organising multiple party wall agreements. They were able to answer all our questions and had a wealth of experience of similar projects in our area. The team were always available when we needed advice. We would highly recommend their services.

I was recommended Create by a personal client and they were local to where I was working at that time. I was advised by an architect that because I was clear on what I wanted from my rebuild, I needed a quality company that could draw up the plans and submit them for planning. Gary and Alicia were incredibly helpful and professional with all my dealing with them. They visited the house, listened to my answers to their many questions and then delivered a plan that met my requirements. They were responsive to my changes and were incredibly patient with me as we nailed down all the variables regarding what I wanted, balancing those requirements against their experience and knowledge of local planning laws. Sadly our original plan was declined by my local council. Gary was able to get experts onboard to answer the council's questions and clarify their comments. With minimum fuss and a quick turnaround, the plans were resubmitted and planning permission was given. At all times, Gary, Alicia and all the team at Create were incredibly helpful, professional, efficient and, most of all, welcoming of my questions, comments and ideas. The planning process would have been a minefield without their help and I would thoroughly recommend them.
