        Operator was very rude when trying to book a taxi this morning - when we asked for a another number (as he had none available) , he replied with "do you know how to use Google" - not a pleasant person, really obnoxious, rude and would not recommend

        Was stuck in Ledbury with my parents. Down for my son's wedding. Thankfully dad had the sense to take some car numbers down before we left London. Got Tom on the phone was a very polite and helpful ... a fellow Londoner himself. He helped us out and we didnt have to wait long for our car. The driver Phillip was extremley polite and talkative, car was spotless. Tom picked us up himself on the sunday from our Premier Inn. Lovely man, again the car spotless. The fare very reasonable. Would highly recommend if you are in Ledbury area.
