        It is on the site of the towns former Woolworths - which has laid vacant for more than 15-months - and even uses the same iconic red lettering of the now defunct chain.

        I went into Ledbury to do some shopping. I asked two high street hardware shop assistants, in different stores, if I could use the toilet as it was an emergency. I explained I recently underwent surgery and when you have to go, you have to go. Both refused and said I should use the public toilets, which are closed. What is wrong with with people, why cant they be nice and help a customer in genuine need?
