Ledbury Intermediate Care - Shaw healthcare

There is one women who works there and is terrible at understanding autism moods, she lied to me about all sorts of things to try and keep me there for a certain amount of time. She certainly didnt follow the rules of how to treat an autistic person. When she sent me over to mental health team Hereford and I let all stress out. The NHS people in Hereford told me she is a terrible person because of how they heard her on the phone and recommend I dont go back there. So, I would recommend dont go there if possible because I felt very unsafe and very insurance there. The women who works in the minor injuries unit loves making people upset instead of helping them feel better. My plan is to never ever go there again to keep myself safe.

Took my neighbour here for treatment after falling and injuring her nose and lips quite badly. She is over 80 yrs old and was refused first aid treatment at Newent doctors surgery. She was was registered immediately by a calm, sympathetic receptionist and very shortly afterwards seen by medical staff. The unit is so welcoming, clean and comfortable.. and the staff so lovely...helping the patient to be at ease and in comfort from the word go. This is a great place! Well done!!

I had to be seen this morning after falling and injuring my face. I was seen very quickly in a nice clean hospital and the nurse was so lovely and really helped me. This is a great hospital!
