        I ordered two Christmas presents online rather late in the day. They arrived in 3 working days, and free of charge too. Hus and Hem products are lovely and their customer service is exceptional. All in all, it is a real pleasure to do business with this small business.

        Hidden away up an alley, Hus and Hem is well worth visiting if you are in Ledbury. Lots of lovely Scandinavian fabric and other stuff too like interesting jigsaw puzzles, gorgeous Danish wool slippers ( I am on my second pair, I love them so much) and random Scandi things. They have a website too if Ledbury isn't convenient. Check it out!

        A good selection of Glerups to choose from. Service is usually top notch but not quite so good this time (our third visit over last 3 years). I was made to feel as though I was a bit of an inconvenience. Lots of interesting things to look at but furniture range is no more, which is a shame. Plastic Carrier bags rather than paper which is a pity.
