Choccotastic

Disappointing..found this place online and was so excited to visit with my kids. No greeting as we entered, nor a hello whilst we we were in the shop. No real friendliness whilst paying, although it must have been obvious we were not local. The chocolate we bought was lovely but the fudge was not good at all- no flavour of fudge or the chosen 'daim' and ' aero'. Very disappointed. Really wanted to love this place but overall, not great.

Beautiful chocolate was supposed to save it for Easter but will be visiting Ledbury again soon to buy more of the beautifully tasting white and milk chocolate!

One star for the pot of tea, otherwise a bad experience that I won't be repeating . Ordered 2 toasted sandwiches a very long wait, these were brought out at different times. The sandwich was cold, the toasted bread was soggy and inedible. Did not stay to eat it, lady who served us was apogetic and gave a refund

Very poor customer service! Such as shame as I have been into Chocotastic a number of times and have always enjoyed it. However, today I received very poor customer service and childish behaviour from the two women staff members. Sadly, my family and I will not be going back.
