Simon was able to come up with some clever solutions to the problem areas in our loft resulting in an easy to access, strong storage space. He was neat, meticulous and courteous. He turned up when he said he would and he had a lovely, calm manner which was reassuring to us when he was working on our old property. Simon (Access4Lofts) conducted a comprehensive site meeting & gave a competitive quote to change the direction of a replacement loft hatch & stowaway ladder. I am very pleased with the newly fitted flush loft hatch & telescopic ladder. Simon is friendly, punctual, careful in his work & neat & tidy. I would strongly recommend him & will be calling on him again when I'm ready to install new loft insulation & flooring.

Simon Winfield is a hardworking and courteous gentleman who gets the job done to a high standard without fuss. He will automatically correct any fault he finds at no extra charge: on his latest visit this included repair of our loft ladder and adjustment of the rear loft access doors to prevent their sticking. I unhesitatingly recommend him.

Simon was easy to contact and arrange a quote. The quote was reasonable and it was clear he knew exactly what he was doing (unlike some other quotes we received) the work was then scheduled promptly and the job was done to a high standard.
