Poor service, waiting sometimes over a half hour to dispense a prescription. They are highly priced and far more simple so lotion for me is to shop in other pharmacy's, independant ones at that. They are understaffed and there has been no consistency for me over the last ten years or so and I feel for them as they are a far cry from the shop / pharmacy they have become. I visited Boots this morning, low and behold, no queue! Waited ten minutes for the pharmacist to check a prescription, within two minutes there were five other people queuing at the pharmacy counter, lucky timing I guess!
