        Rude, could clearly hear them talking about me. Absolutely no customer service skills, it's almost as if they couldn't care less. I remember the days of Mrs Loosemore and feel she'd be devastated at what the pharmacy has become. Avoid at all costs.

        Disorganised. Prescription never ready when they say it will be and always someone else's fault. Always make me feel like an inconvenience for them any time I have been in there and are quite rude.
