I firstly placed an order with a beautiful ring. Information was given in regards to when I will receive the ring etc. however, I then decided to change my mind and found a different ring I preferred. The communication was brilliant. It was organised straight away and I was kept updated along the way. I was it would be told August I would receive more information and thats exactly what happened. I then received confirmation and explained my change and they instantly let me know it was all above board and organised. I paid the remainder owed and within one day (today) the ring arrived. It was beautifully packaged ensuring its kept safe. The ring is so dainty and delicate. Just what I wanted. I CANNOT wait for my wedding day and have this gorgeous ring on every day! Maybe just need to change the engagement ring to match . Thank you so much for this ring and youre help throughout. Customer service was excellent and the ring is perfect!

Me and my partner love Lilia's designs. His ring was perfect and arrived exactly when she said it would. We needed it re-sizing, and this was so easy to arrange. Lovely customer service, and beautiful rings. That they're ethical is the cherry on top.
