        Absolute MUST VISIT! Its a lovely gift/arts and crafts shop which doubles up as an amazing mental support hub. Nicky is a real hidden gem and is great fun to be around. She has worked wonders in building #nolabels offering non judgemental support to everyone who has challenging mental health. She welcomes everyone whether you need to off load or just want to sit and chat. Highly recommend to everyone and anyone!

        What a wonderful treat it was to visit #NoLabels today! The shop lives up to its name: you really couldn't label exactly what it is (in a brilliant way) as the beautiful items for sale were just as wonderful as the chat on offer with store owner Nikky, and no labels are put on anyone who enters. Nikky is clearly passionate about all that she does, with a keen focus on occupational therapy and supporting all who walk through her doors, as well as in procuring and creating stunning wares for the shop. If you are after a gift for practically anyone or a treat for yourself, this is the place to go. Even if you just want to see another human with a friendly face, I am sure Nikky would be happy for you to pop in. It provides a lovely middle ground for supporting mental health in an informal way - something vitally missing from formal services. I believe Nikky provides professional OT sessions on request, too. An excellent idea and I wish Nikky the absolute best of luck in all that she does with #NoLabels and beyond.
