        I completed Level 3 Personal Training many years ago and recently completed Level 3 Award in Designing Exercise Programmes for Older Adults. Both courses were brilliantly structured and delivered. My tutors, Claire and Linda, are friendly, professional, knowledgeable and passionate in what they do. Thank you so much for all your support and advice. I will definitely return to do more fitness courses with YBFIT. Highly recommend!
