Caroline at Holiday Cottage Mortgages dealt with my mortgage and she and her colleagues provided an excellent service which I cannot fault. The mortgage process with the lender was quite complicated and lengthy but Caroline and the Team were always helpful and persevered when many other companies may well have given up . I would definitely recommend and will certainly use their services again. A first Class Service.

I very nearly went with one of the no fee bargain bin brokers but my gut told me to go with HCM and Im glad I did. Phenomenal service from staff that went above and beyond. They worked until midnight to put my application in when mortgage providers were pulling out. They helped appease the estate agent when she threw a tantrum. Every member of the team I dealt with was lovely, professional and made the application process so much easier. Worth every penny.

Highly recommended! A friendly and professional team with good knowledge of the active holiday let mortgage market and the specific issues relating to it. They have a well designed online portal which was my primary reason for choosing them and it proved to be the right decision.
