Service shocking, they take your money and don't provide a service unless you chase them. They ''fixed'' my phone screen but now I have an issue with the phone - can't make calls, don't have network coverage and can't hear when I am able to make a call. The manager is arrogant and keeps finding excuses. No compensation offered when service was delayed; all the manager keeps saying that I need to be more understanding as he has no staff, short of staff etc. Unbelievable treatment!!!
