We had a nightmare start to the Christmas holidays with a roof leak that had spread across 2 levels. Nicholas responded to my query on Christmas Eve and provide some more info across the next few days to manage the situation. Came out, did the work that needed to be done and it's stopped the leak. We Used Surrey Roofing services to remove a build up of moss on the roof and to remove a nest under the solar panels. They were friendly and professional, they worked hard and left the roof in excellent condition and the surrounding paths and garden spotless. This work was done by hand using ladders with no need for scaffolding. We wanted the roof to keep a "lived in look" and not to appear brand new. I would thoroughly recommend the company." Nicky was very helpful and efficient in looking at and sorting out a leak in my parents-in-laws house and also has excellent customer service skills. We asked him to carry out other work to resolve gutter problems on both our house and our parents-in-law's house, plus some roofing repair. Nicky and Luke did an excellent job, worked hard and quickly but also ensuring the work was carried out to a high standard and that everything was tidy after they'd finished. They are both friendly and great to work with, and from now on Surrey Roofing Group will be the first people that I will call to resolve roofing or similar issues. We needed a new roof on our house and we spent a good view weeks looking at different companies and getting different quotes. Nicholas at surrey roofing group gave us a quote and we went ahead with him and his company, we are so happy we did as what a lovely bloke he was and his team, all very polite and professional and there work was outstanding......I would highly reccomend this company from ashtead. Since we have had our work done we have also had him to our mums house to do some work too. Once again very happy with the work. Highly recommended. Thanks again surrey roofing group
