Temptation Household Store

Do not buy from this store. I bought a 50 suitcase 3 weeks ago which has been used on one holiday. It has a split/tear/come away from edging. Refused to credit me or offer a replacement. It is not fit for purpose. Tried to explain the consumer act 2015 to owner. Hit a brick wall. He said someone had knifed it or baggage handler had thrown it. I said therefore not fit for purpose - badly made. He would argue the same for anything - not his fault. Unbelievably bad customer service.

No problems with the service, and the shop is a veritable Aladdin's Cave of useful items. But when I brought my purchase home (14.99 Sabichi electronic kitchen scales) and looked up the manufacturer online - basically to see if a guarantee was available - I found the same item there at 8.99. On Amazon and E-Bay I could have got it for anything between 10.99 down to 6.50. I paid - I repeat - 14.99 from what proclaims itself as a "discount store". I rarely visit Leatherhead or I would have returned to point this out, and their website doesn't show a telephone number so I could not contact them that way. Perhaps the pricing was a mistake and the proprietor will see this and offer me an appropriate refund.......

Well what can I say when I bought my items the staff were very friendly very lovely customer service could not fault them at all. But now I have a problem with one of the items I bought they have no customer service at all and will not exchange my item as it has a fault with it all I wanted to do was exchange to a different item and get the rest of my money back as it was 25 not a few quid! But no I can get an item at a discounted rate! So loose out on 25 and spend more money in there i don't think so, that was laughable! this place is a joke to some people. I'd go to wilkos round the corner at least you know you'd get better customer service.

Good customer service, Owner are very friendly. You can get all your house hold thing from this shop in Leatherhead. I would highly recommend.
