        Very good at arranging the lease. Once signed however. I have one vehicle which has a computer system thats not worked properly in 2 years. Another waiting for a new monitor screen which was damaged on delivery. Ive had vehicles from them over the past 8 years. These will be my last. The customer service is now appalling, ARVAL who they use are terrible. They dont return calls, and appear to have no relationship with the manufacturers, at least when it comes to solving issues for their customers. Very disappointing.

        This company seem to do a reasonable job of keeping their customers happy, but it is very much at the expense of suppliers. Failure to return phone calls or emails, just excuse after excuse
