Our roof sustained damage to ridge tiles and cracked roof tiles due to storm Eunice. Ben and his team handled my call professionally and attended the next day (Saturday morning) to make emergency repairs to the damaged tiles and remove a loose chimney pot, with photos taken to show me the damage. Options and costs were well communicated. The work made the roof safe until a more comprehensive repair could be done, providing great peace of mind.
