Ben is a pleasure to deal with, providing exceptional customer service on enquiries before purchasing as well as attentive and helpful aftercare following the purchase. I bought and sold a 911 GTS through Ben and look forward to working him with him further. Buying a used exotic car can be a slightly daunting experience, but I could not have asked for a better dealership than ICC. Highly recommended.

Ben at ICC Automotive is a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. This was the purchase of my first sports car and Ben was knowledgeable about the car, its history, very willing to answer any questions and discuss the car. He was entirely focussed on ensuring that I had a great experience prior to purchasing, purchasing the car and after I had purchased the car. He willingly rectified any issues and was refreshing to deal with, totalling removing any sense of concern or jeopardy from purchasing, driving and owning a used sports car. I have and shall continue to recommend Ben and ICC Automotive.

Exceptional! Buying a car from Ben massively exceeded my expectations. After coveting a 911 for 30 years I came across a silver manual low mileage model with Ben and bought it. After I'd payed for it and arranged delivery on an 'as seen' basis, Ben then pointed out a problem with the dashboard which was going to require a new dash, shipping from Germany and installation. He arranged all this at his own cost, without any discussion, and constantly chased the situation to make sure all was on track. He's friendly, fair, and honest to a fault.
