Surrey Hills Cycleworks

I'm really shocked at the handful of low ratings this shop has. I just needed a couple of tiny Cervelo spares that Cervelo said they no longer supplied. I spoke to Andy, who got in touch with their rep, and managed to get them to find some NOS bits buried in the warehouse, and within a few days, had them ready to go for 10. There's no way 10 even really covered the time he spent sourcing these for me, and it would have been very easy for him to just say he couldn't help me and send me on my way. I own a bike shop, about an hour away from these guys, it's really refreshing to find a shop so willing to help you out, when so many these days would actively avoid helping another shop. Fantastic service from Andy, and I've no doubt a great team there. Exactly how I would hope my staff would behave when approached in a similar manner. A lot of our customers ride in the Surrey hills regularly, so will definitely be recommending Surrey Hills Cycleworks.

Superb bike fit. I didnt think i had any big problems, just getting a bike fit to check i had got my new bike set up well. How wrong I was. This has transformed my cycling. So much more balanced feeling, more power. Bars lower, so faster too. And much more comfortable. Best value for money I have had out of anything for my bike in decades. I should have done this ages ago. Thanks so much!

I had my first bike fit last week with Andy, gave me advices on how to maximise all the muscles while pedalling and absolutely changed my riding. Very professional and knowledgeable in his industry. Thank you Surrey Hills cycleworks and Andy for amazing job.

Can't speak highly enough of the team at Surrey Hills. They have always provided an excellent service whether it be giving advice on what tyres to upgrade to all the way through to working on my bikes - they have been faultless. I had a frame replacement via a Specialized warranty which Dave arranged for me and I hadn't even originally purchased the bike from the store and more recently they have replaced a part on my Diverge under Specialized warranty with no fuss and again I hadn't purchased the bike from them. Whether it be a 100 bike or a 1000 bike you will be treated the same way. The store is well stocked with everything from energy gels and bars all the way up to high end bikes and caters for all types of cyclist. For me this is what a local bike shop should be; approachable, memorable and most of all professional. As I have said I haven't bought a bike from them .......yet!!
