The service was very good and reliable when it started. But it then deteriorated significantly to the point that I am ready to give up on them. And I have been using them for 10+ years! Most of times now drivers do not arrive promptly, youve got to ring the office to find them up. When they arrive, they tell you they would be there in 2-3 minutes, but it takes another 15-20 mins for them to arrive. They also try to avoid parking their cars and force you to come up to passenger drop off. You end up waiting outside, sometimes in the rain having no clue when they would arrive. They introduced an app, and it takes a few seconds to advertise the app when you call them up. Not a problem if app works, but it never worked for me so I always had to call, even from abroad incurring that roaming charges listening to the ad. And no matter what you say, they do not really care about your experience as a passenger. Again, as I said, if you need comfort use someone else. If you want additional stress and pay a premium price, go for this company. They will throw all possible excuses on you for your journey to be miserable Again, I do have the experience of using them for many years, but I think this my last journey with Mole Valley Premier. I booked this firm to take me from Leatherhead to a clinic in Cobham. They charged 25 which I didn't mind as I thought I'd get a fancy car to take me. What turned up was a bog standard MPV. Anyway, after my treatment the clinic contacted a local firm, Cobham Cars, to take me home, they turned up in a fancy Mercedes & charged me 15.00.

Day light robbery. Almost 30 unexpectedly for a 6 minute (2 mile) journey, absolutely disgusting
