It took four calls to store and a new manager to try to sort it out after a month of nothing.
New store manager has told me about two weeks now, got to be sent to there main repair center.
Poor communication and unhelpful pervious staff.
"UPDATE" my watch has now been fully repaired and serviced without charge thank you to the new manager.
Now changed my rating to 5 stars.
