        HES are a professional property management company with helpful back office staff and Directors. I would like to mention Shabana Ali who took over responsibility for the management of our Estate nearly two years ago. She has proven to be responsive and proactive in resolving and advising on various day to day issues. Thank you. Would happily recommend this management company

        I have recently purchased a leasehold property and HES are the estate management company handling the development. I have found all of the staff at HES very professional and responsive to all queries. That said, Karen Stainer, who is apparently responsible for Underletting and Change of Ownership, stands out as a real people person - very tenacious and anxious to please. I cannt recommend her and her Company highly enough. Well done!
