Leatherhead Post Office

I hope whoever is charge of selecting the staff for this branch make some changes. Last few months I notice the staff are talking arabic/persian in front of customers. When an answer to a question is no or "dont know" rather than say something they just ignore the customer. This gets annoying because the customer assumes they just weren't heard and ask the same question again. There are no "hellos, please or thankyous" either. It makes life unnecessarily difficult and comes across disrespectful. They do say If you need to hand something to them or put something on the scales but otherwise the customer is clueless to whats going on. Because of the dark corridor leading to the post office and crampness of the actual post office some women and children seemed uncomfortable to be there. Its interesting how there seems to be only 1star or 5star reviews for this post office. The 1star I can understand. One 5star review by someone with a persian name simply said: "(The staff) are fun loving people".

The post new lady today, as always greeted me with a lovely smile and quick chat whilst she proceeded my proof of posting requirements.really Friendly and professional environment excellent service. Its always pleasure to go there

I came to this branch, they were very polite and did all my work with patience. Thanks to the good employee there, a beautiful Iranian lady who has been coming there for a while.

Doesn't even deserve one star. The staff here are consistently miserable, rude, and move at a glacial pace. They never smile, never thank you for waiting. I have just spent 20 minutes queuing while just one person served, another stood behind him doing nothing and another sat there in plain sight on her mobile phone for the duration of my wait.
