Specsavers Opticians and Audiologists - Leatherhead

I really dont recommend this place. First of all, they never answer the phone here, so I always have to go in and pay for parking to order my contact lenses I went in not knowing what I was doing when looking for glasses, I said Id like to order some new glasses and the manager just said ok go for it . Didnt tell me which glasses would be good for my heavy prescription, or which ones were in the scheme etc. I kept asking different members of staff questions but none of them knew the answers. It wasnt until the manager stepped in again that I was finally given help choosing my glasses. Unfortunately she wasnt much help either, she seemed rushed and unwelcoming. I used to be at the dorking branch and they are way more friendly there, they know what theyre talking about and want to help as much as possible. In this place you just feel like an inconvenience

Very helpful staff and experienced professional optometrists. Did their best to minimise the cost of new spectacles, combinations of offers, discounts and NHS vouchers seem incredibly complex.

Usually get my eye tests completed here, dropped a pair of glasses in for lense replacement. Received a text to say they were ready for collection however called to check and advised they were not ready for collection. 10 days for a lense replacement isn't great.
