During the time my child was at this nursery, I thought I was reasonably happy with them. It was only when we came to move our child to different mainstream setting (for financial reasons) that I realised that Little Oaks could have been a lot better. My child has learning disabilities and in hindsight she wasn't given the right level of support. My child has developed so much more in a short space of time since attending a new setting. She now receives personalised, focused support each day. I am now kept very well informed on her progress and I'm provided with evidence of how the new setting are working with her and how they are spending her funding. I would say Little Oaks is fine for a typical child but if your child has SEN I would advise not to choose this nursery.

My son transferred to the nursery from one he absolutely adored and we were concerned that he might not take well to it. However, he has settled in really well with the help of the lovely team there. The staff offer useful feedback, the reports are well structured, comprehensive and clearly suggest actions that will better develop your toddler/child. The food seems good although the caterers have changed recently and I've not seen many menus however if I am not mistaken, I recall reading that the meals throughout the entire day provide the required 5 a day. -Food was very important to us as his old nursery had a very limited menu with processed foods that we did not like. Parking in the car park is free for under 30 minutes which is useful and the road is very quiet. If you have any concerns, the staff always take this on board and work with you to provide consistency in your child's understanding of the issue/how to react. Overall we couldn't be happier with Little Oaks and would recommend it to a friend.
