        I bought till rolls online on 24/08/2022 as I've used this company for years but then realised they were exceptionally more expensive than other places, so rang immediately to cancel the order. The person I spoke to was not convincing and surprisingly its now 30/10/22 and still no refund in my bank. Well done, you've lost a long time customer.

        Returned an item 2 months ago which was received by them (proof of postage) still no refund. They don't respond to emails and appears the whole operation is a shambles. Avoid at all costs!

        I've just taken delivery of 50 paper bags described as Kraft Takeaway bags. Handles look fairly strong but the paper is so light and the bottom of the bag has no support. Absolutely rip off

        I paid extra to have items delivered the next day, but they didnt arrive so I had to purchase from elsewhere. Delivery was attempted the next day but I told the courier to return to sender as it didnt arrive on time. They then ignored my requests for a refund and I had to get PayPal involved. They then tried to refuse me a refund so I have escalated to PayPal who will give me my money back. Looks like they dont have a clue of the legalities of online selling. Terrible company and even worse customer service.
